Form Title = ID = (Use shortcode or custom field variable)

    This is an alternative way to pose my question. It might make a little more sense this way...

    Instead of

    [gravityform id="1" name="My Fancy Form" ....

    How would I specify a form dynamically eg.

    [gravityform id="#_GFID" name="_#GFNAME" .....

    This doesn't work initially any ideas?
