Form will not insert into the page

  1. When I try to insert an order form onto my page, I click the "Insert Form" button and nothing happens. The form is active.

Here's the URL, but there's nothing on the page, so it's likely not any help:

Does it work, when you insert the necessary code manually (either in visual or html mode)?

    E.g.: [gravityform id=1 name=Supportanfrage ajax=true]

You have to change your id (if your form has the id 1 you obviously don't have to change it), the name and if you don't want ajax, you have to remove that part.

  3. isuk,

Thank you. That worked just fine.

  4. If the insert form wizard doesn't work and doesn't insert the shortcode then it is a browser cache issue. Your browser didn't load the new javascript on that page and instead loaded from cache. Completely clear your browser cache, restart your browser and try again and it should work.

  5. Hi Carl.
I am having a problem loading a gravity form inside a tab. Is this to be expected.
I am not a programmer so please be kind.
    This doesn't work: [tab title="Contact Us Form"][gravityform id="2" name="CONTACT US"][/tab]
This does work: [gravityform id="2" name="CONTACT US"]
The URL is http://surfhongkong.com/homepage/surf-hong-kong/about-us if you want to have a look.
I'm assuming it is a conflict. Do you have a suggested work around?
    cheers
    DaveW
