Form wont work on ipad

  1. Hi,
My membership application form works fine on Firefox, IE and iphone, but it does not show on my ipad. http://kccyc.org.au/membership-application/

I also have a simple contact form on the same website using the same theme http://kccyc.org.au/contact/ which does appear on ipad.

Any ideas why the membership application is not showing on ipad?
    Thanks.

  3. The form has the inline "display:none" style which indicates that there is some kind of a script conflict with your conditional logic script.

That's also why the simple form displays.. no conditional logic. Normally this isn't an issue so there's something either in your theme or another plugin that's causing the issue.

You'll want to try testing for theme/plugin conflicts to narrow it down http://rkt.gs/testing

  4. Thanks for that Kevin. It works on Twenty Ten Theme, so it appears to be a theme conflict. I'll contact the theme author for further help.

    Much appreciated.

  5. Sure, it's most likely some other jQuery script that's being added in the theme. I also noted that another plugin is loading the jQuery library again.. an older version too. That's something to look out for as well.. theme's or plugins not enqueuing the current version of jQuery correctly or checking to see if its already been loaded.
