Forms Are Not Appearing on Actual Page

    Some of the fields in my form do not show up in the actual page. In the form editor, it seems to show all the fields that i have set up. when i hit preview, certain fields do not appear. This also happens when i apply this form on an actual page. Certain fields just do not appear and certain conditional logic as well

    I wonder if this is the same issue I am having. Do the forms that show.....were they the first forms you entered before you hit "save" for the first time? That is the problem I am having.

    i don't remember, i was constantly editing and saving it. i am not starting a new form and seeing how that goes.

    i did notice that if i put special characters like the "&" in the field label and another field references that to a conditional logic, that made a field not appear.
