    Sorry to bother,
    today suddenly, before the new software update, a big for with 300 entries has disappeared.
    Do you know there 's any chance to backup the form?
    Do you think there's any bug in the software?
    I'm seroulsy worried.

    There is no bug in the software which would cause this loss of forms. You should make a database backup right now, so you can be sure you have at least the data as it exists today, then see if you have any previous database backups. If you do, it's possible to recover the form and entries from there.

    You can use a tool like phpMyAdmin to look at the database and see if the form and entry are actually lost, or if they're still in the database.

    You may have to contact your host for support on the database backup and direct access to the database.
