Forms either not submitting or freezing submission page

    Hi, hope you can help me. We've got forms on http://www.msmconference.com and http://www.imasma.org

    On the IMASMA site when you submit this form: http://www.imasma.org/imasma/join-imasma/standard-membership-form/ it freezes the page, although as administrators we get a notification and the data is submitted

    On the MSM Conferences site on this form: http://www.msmconference.com/book/msm-europe-hamburg-booking-form/
    We get the following error.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Services_JSON in /www/sites/778/bb9/www.msmconference.com/web/wp-content/plugins/gravityformscampaignmonitor/api/class/services_json.php on line 115

    These forms are really important as they are for conference booking and association membership. I would be really, really grateful if you could let me know why they aren't working - they worked perfectly for a couple of months.
