So would like to know is that possible to create a new template file and place gravity forms code in that? If that's possible then, from where I will get the code of the forms that i have created.

Form customization is done through CSS. You can turn off our CSS in Forms -> Settings or add CSS to customize it in your theme's CSS. We also have some basic placement options in our Ready CSS classes - http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/CSS_Ready_Classes
