Forms no longer accessible

    Hello,

    Some of my forms are no longer accessible. I get the error message, "Oops! We could not locate your form." The site has not been migrated to a new server. I tried the Meta Recovery Tool, but to no avail. Does this mean the form needs to be rebuilt? The URL is:

    Hi Rob,

    The form loads fine, but it's after submitting that I get the error message. I also created a quick and dirty form today, and it has the same issue after submitting:

    http://mountpalomarbiblecamp.org/test-page/

    Any advice?

    Solved. This was a theme conflict that has been fixed.
