Forms not aligned

    Hi,

    I manage to create a form for my website but it seems not aligned when I posted it. Do have a look at my form here: http://wp.me/P1qpBW-Qi

    I would like to design it so that the alignment 'justifies' instead of it being 'crooked' as what it is right now. I'm very new to this so any help would be deeply appreciated! Cheers!
