Forms not displaying after update

    Your Pinterest plugin is loading JQuery again, and appears to be the cause of your issue. WordPress already loads JQuery, and so Pinterest plugin should check/know this and not load its own as well.

    You will need to either correct the Pinterest plugin, contact it's developer to correct it or deactivate it.

    And you still have it loaded twice (which means I missed the third one before). You are loading version 1.4.4 with your theme. WordPress, by default, comes with version 1.7.1 which is properly loading, but your theme is loading 1.4.4 over top of that, causing your current issue.

    You will need to speak with the theme developer to remove that call to an older version of JQuery in order to make things work correctly.
