Forms not showing up in IE

  1. I am working with IE9 and we recently noticed after this last update that our forms are not viewable in IE. Firefox shows them fine. We have not changed anything with our theme recently or any Javascript. Please advise on how we can get this working again.

    Here is an example page:

    Thanks.

  2. I checked in IE9 and I see your form just fine. Also checked in IE8 and see it there too.

You might try clearing your browser cache and then reloading the page.

Also, please refrain from posting multiple times for the same issue in the future. It just creates unnecessary confusion and doesn't guarantee a quicker response.

  3. This is Emily, we now have an account that is connected with our license.

We have tried everything you suggested, but It seems random. Sometimes the forms work sometimes they don't. We also noticed since the update, our front page slider and navigation is broken. We know its the plug-in causing it because when we deactivate the plug-in our front page works fine.

  4. Hi Emily, I still can't recreate your problem in IE9. Does the form work properly in the preview page?

I'm guessing that there's some sort of theme conflict at work here. If your form was using conditional logic, I would guess it was a conflict with the slider since you mentioned that but it's a simple form and not loading any additional scripting so I doubt that's it.

If it works properly in the preview page and not in the theme, then it's a theme-related problem for sure.

I do see that you have contact form 7 still enabled and it's loading a bunch of scripts. That could be part of the problem with your slider.. again, not sure but it looks like your Gravity form is working properly.
