forms not working when used within microsite

  1. I am having an issue of a form accepting and storing information within a microsite.

eg. our site is yyztravel.com - forms work great no issues
micro site is yyztravel.com/ed this site is a clone of the first one, but when formed is populated it dos not add the info into entries and does not send it to designated address.

If I create a form with in that micro-site, it allows me but when I try to add it to page it adds a totally different form (the form from the main site). eg. if I created a from with id no 1 in the micro-site it will populate from with id 1 from main site and even then it will not add filled out info into the entries. Basically the filled out information goes no where after submitted.

    Please respond to xxxxxxxx@rogers.com email

    Thanks

  2. We don't provide any support via email.

Please provide a link to the page on your site where we can see the form, and the actual URLs in question. Thank you.

  3. the form works fine under yyztravel.com, but when used under yyztravel.com/ed it does not work. yyztravel.com/ed is a clone of yyztravel.com site, except we provide these sites to our agents for their own promotion.

Basically what happens is that for some reason when I create a form within "ED" and insert it within the page it takes a form with same id from "yyztravel.com" site instead. If fields match (including field id) then it will register else it will not.

is there a way that form that are created in sub-sites can be used within sub-sites?

  4. It sounds like you have two complete WordPress and Gravity Forms installations then?

    http://yyztravel.com/
    http://yyztravel.com/ed

    Is that correct?

What are the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) settings from these two pages:

    http://yyztravel.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
    http://yyztravel.com/ed/wp-admin/options-general.php

Gravity Forms will work in a subdomain or subfolder installation so long as the setups are correct.
