Forms w/missing fields still show up in the entries list

  1. I've got forms with required fields. When they are submitted with missing entries the error message displays. However, the entries still show up in the list. While I can see how bad people are at actually filling out forms, this isn't the goal.

    PHP Version 5.2.13
    MySQL Version 5.1.47
    WordPress Version 3.0
    Gravity Forms Version 1.3.12.2

    Active Plugins:
    April's Call Posts
Contact form 7 (just removed and testing that)
    Event Calendar/Scheduler
    Gravity Forms
Post videos and photo galleries (cincopa)
    Simple twitter connect
    Simple facebook connect
    share and follow
    subscribe 2
    wp-table reloaded

If anyone knows what's going on or could give me a suggestion on how or where to start troubleshooting I would be a very happy man.

Thnx for any help/support in advance

  2. I've come to realize that it is not actually missing fields getting through, it's a problem of the same entry getting posted multiple times.

  3. You will first need to check for possible plugin conflicts. You will need to deactivate ALL plugins, then only activate Gravity Forms and see if the problem still persists.

If it works properly, you will then need to activate each of your other plugins one by one and test this issue in Gravity Forms after each one until you run into a plugin that causes the issue.

If you aren't able to determine if it's a plugin conflict, send us a WordPress admin login to your Contact Us form and we can take a look at it.
