Garbled edit settings in WP-admin

Dear Gravity,

I just installed Gravity Forms and tried to create a new form. When I try to edit a field the dialoques are totally garbled. I can't edit the settings. Please see my screenshot at:

You have another plugin or theme that is causing this issue. It is outputting code on the Gravity Forms pages that is causing the UI problem. This happens when a theme or plugin don't follow best practices. To determine what is causing the problem you will have to test for theme or plugin conflicts by following the directions in this article:

Yes, as you guessed, it was the theme. Author was very responsive though and resolved the issue in no time. Thanx!
