Get rid of address field State / Province / Region

    I am trying to set up Gravity form on wp.38an.se right side column. In the address filed there is a input for "State / Province / Region" I wish to remove this just as you have removed Address line 2 or country. How do I do this? I prefer not to use CSS and just hide it. I want it to go away for good.

    There is currently no way to remove it without hiding it using code. It's a function of the Address Field and isn't currently an optional component. You can either change the label using a filter, or pre-populate it and hide it using CSS. Those are currently your only options until the functionality is enhanced in a future release.

    Your other option is to not use the Address field and create your own using standard input fields.

    +1 for having an option to hide State / Provence / Region

    I'm sure Americans and Canandians love this field, but I have to prepopulate and hide this field every time I set up a contact form since it's not a common field in many other countries.

    I think there are two ways of doing this:

    1. An extra option to hide the field

    • Hide Country Field
    • Hide Address Line 2 Field
    • Hide State / Provence / Region Field

    2. One or more extra address field formats

    • International
    • United States
    • Canadian
    • Dutch
    • Etc.

    Or an easy way to add address formats via filter hooks would be even cooler.

    HI Admins!

    I would like to emphasize the importance of jan egberts post. I guess this is a very important feature for european customers that they can hide state/province field.

    Can you integrate that in a future version please,
