Getting Custom Fields to Display on Pages and Posts

Sorry folks, I'm not a coder and new to WP. I am trying to get all the field I've created on my form to display on posts and pages. I am using Gravity Forms+Custom Post Types and Custom Post Type UI. However, I have no clue how to get anything other than Post Title and Post Body to appear after a form has been submitted.

What am I missing? Where can I find the information I need? Any help would be great.

    Thanks

If the data is being collected by Gravity Forms correctly, you will want to contact your theme developer and do research on displaying custom fields. We can't work on custom coding solutions for everyone, and are here to support Gravity Forms issues.

Also, there is documentation relating to Custom Post Type UI out there that should hopefully help you.
