This is driving me crazy. We've purchased Gravity Forms, and we're having a good time creating forms.
But where the h**l do I choose recipient? Where the e-mail should be sent in each form? I've looked everywhere it seems and no, Google won't help me

You would create a notification for the form (as many as you'd like). Once you create a user notification you can use the email field on your form to send the notification to that email.
When you create a new form, an "admin notification" is created automatically for you, but you can add as many notifications as you may need.
