I'm not sure what is going on but if I fill out say the title, first name, last name, address and then enter in telephone number that is not in the correct format then an error message comes up as it should however the title, first name.... etc etc gets stripped out?
Anyone else had this issue? If so can it be fixed?!

Unfortunately not, the form it hidden from public view. Its for a client and i can really give access.
I know this makes things very difficult for you to help me, just wondered if anyone else had had this issue and resolved it? I look through the support and couldnt find anything at all!
