Gravity Form css display issues with IE9

    Hi everyone,

    My woothemes Canvas site is having some issues when I view the Gravity Form (Version 1.6.2 in IE9). It looks fine on all other browsers,

    I've resolved the issue, it was a javasscript confict caused by pricing table that I advise everyone to be wary of:
