Gravity Form has disappeared

  1. We updated both our gravity forms plug-in to and WP to 3.3.2 and now our gravity form has disappeared from our Contact Us page. The form is active and I am able to select it from the form list drop down and embed the form in the page, but when I go to preview the page the form does not appear. I did a test by creating a new page and new form and everything works
What has happened to our original form that it does not embed properly anymore?

    Thanks for your help!

  2. So you can put the same exact form on a brand new page and it shows up, but not on the original page? Can you post links to both pages with the working form and the non-working form.

  3. Hi,
No that form will not appear on any page I add it to. If I duplicate that form, rename it and embed the duplicate form into another page, it does not appear. If I create an entirely new form and new page it does work.

  4. Can you give me a URL so I can see whats happening on the page that doesn't work. Does that form use conditional logic? Does it show in the formbuilder preview area? It sounds like you might have a JS conflict of some kind. Follow the instructions here to test for theme/plugin conflicts.

    http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

You will need to keep the "form thats not working" on a page so you can see if it shows during testing.

  5. Yes, please take a look- http://www.snapcubby.com/contact-us/

We are using conditional logic and everything shows up fine in the form builder, we can edit the content preview the form and save/update.

    Thank you!

  6. Well you do have a couple JS errors: Screenshot

and it looks like you are running an old version of GF as well. Your source is showing 1.6.1.

We are up to 1.6.4.2.1 Are you sure you are running the latest version of GF?

  7. Ok, we have updated GF again and it shows 1.6.4.2.1 under our installation status in the GF settings.
I've done a couple tests now and it seem that turning on conditional logic for any of the fields makes the entire form disappear.
Would that be caused by the JS errors and how do we fix that?

  8. First thing to check is for a theme/plugin conflict. That one error that is showing was coming from a prettyPhoto function call. It looked like it doesn't have a parameter set. Follow the instructions above on checking for theme/plugin conflicts and let me know what you find out.

If you want, you can also export your form and send the XML file to me to rob@rocketgenius.com so I can take a look at the form itself while you test. Just reference this post in your email. This screenshot will show you how to do that.

  9. We deactivated everything (prettyphoto included) and activated only the GF plugin and the form still will not display on the page.

I will try exporting and sending the form to you too.
    Thanks again
