Gravity Form installation crashed my page

Hello,

I tried to install Gravity for on my wordpress and it completely crashed my page to the point where I couldn't even access my dashboard. I subsequently had to contact my programer to fix it which defeated the purpose of using gravity forms. Please contact me to assist with installation or refund my money asap.

We will need to know what the error was which caused the site to go down. When the page is white or you get a blank screen, it is normally a 500 Internal Server error. Those errors will be logged. We need to know what the error was to know how to help you.
