1- I just upgraded to gravity forms 1.6.4 and the check boxes work really really slow till activated (checked) those check boxes use conditional logic that activate a section on the form .2- in the admin area all fields are expanded standard fields, advanced fields and post fields and they do NOT want to close , and i can't see after post fields anymore .

update : when i create a new form all is fine , but existing forms all the right section in the admin area is expanded and not possible to see all of it and not possible to save the form .
We are unable to replicate this issue locally.
The behavior you are describing would be caused by a javascript error. If a javascript error occurs, it will prevent the form editor from functioning properly and the field toolboxes would be expanded the way you have described.
The first thing you should do when upgrading to a new version and you encounter a javascript error is to completely clear your browser cache, restart your browser and try again. Your browser may be loading javascript from cache and therefore is not loading new javascript associated with the new release. That is the first thing to do.
If clearing your cache does not work then what we will need you to do is test for theme and plugin conflicts to see if there is a conflict occurring with other code on your site. Follow these instructions:

All is Fine after updating to 1.6.4.1.1 the form editor works with all forms . still the issue with the check boxes , but with new forms i don't have this problem , so i will make all forms new .
