Gravity Forms Date Picker Not Working

    In my pages and post date picker is ok calendar and icon . In my sidebar Date Picker ( calendar and icon ) not Working . How to fix this ?

    To embed the form in a template file (like sidebar.php) or a widget, you will need to enqueue the CSS and scripts yourself:

    Otherwise, the scripts will not be loaded and the date picker will not work (since it relies on JQuery.)
