gravity forms does not work when wp-ecommerce is enabled

  1. This is due to an error in the javascript. With firebug script and console enabled you will see that the processing stops on line 1 with the error on the line that has “jQuery.noConflict();”. Is there a solution to this? Are you aware of this incompatibility?

    The form is here: http://www.russiantourguide.com/russian-travel-info-tips/passport-details-form

  2. Don't see a form on that page, have you removed it? We aren't aware of any wp-commerce conflicts so this would be new if it indeed a conflict with wp-ecommerce. Can you show us a form that we can see this issue happening?

  3. Can you try it without wp-minify active? Maybe that is fouling things up.

  4. Thank you both for your replies. The form is included in the page by using the shortcode [gravityform id="2" name="Passport Details"].
It does not show up because of the error.

Turns out Chris was right. WP-Minify is causing the problem. Any suggestions as to why that might happen?

  5. I'm not aware of any. But any time you start manipulating JS using a plugin it can potentially cause a problem. JS is extremely touchy.
