    My web programmer just told me that he didn't download whatever he needed from the supplied Gravity Forms download link before it expired. Can I get that reactivated, or what do I do?

    Hi there, can you tell me more about what you are trying to do? When did you purchase Gravity Forms? You have a year to download the software from the Download link to your right when you are signed in.

    If that seems unclear, let me clarify that I bought the GF user license, got an email with a link to a download that said "Click here to download Gravity Forms Personal License," forwarded it my my web designer, and the link expired before he downloaded anything.

    Your best bet would be to click Download Gravity Forms to your right and attach that as an e-mail attachment to your developer.
