Has anyone had issues with getting a form to submit via ajax in a fancybox?

See here: http://bostonelitedesign.com/teqnow/careers/design-engineer/

(Click apply for the popup). Clicking submit does nothing. Any ideas? There aren't any errors being thrown in the console.

Possibly related to the AJAX issues seen in http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/after-1631-update-enabling-ajax-causes-form-to-disappear-in-fancybox - although your form is appearing, so it isn't quite the same.
