Gravity Forms Not Saving - Says to Contact You

  1. Hi,

    I am getting this message when I try to save your form "unable to save your form - "There was an error while saving your form. Please contact our support team." There is a forum post similar to this but it helps me very little (http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/form-not-being-saved).

    I would have emailed the guy in the post directly to save time but figured I would start fresh.

    Here is some information:
    I have a new website - beaconpointleader.com
    I just purchased Gravity today
    This happened on the first form
    I have deleted that forma and tried to start a new one... same thing happened.

    I hope this is not too complicated to fix. i was told your program was worth the money paid and have several applications I am trying to address here. Please advise.

    Just tell me what to do.

    Which version of Gravity Forms are you using, the team released an update (v 1.6.3.2.1) a couple of hours ago to fix the saving issue that some fresh installs have experienced. It is currently only available for download at http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/
