Gravity Forms Not showing

Hi,

I just installed the latest gravity form plugin. Unfortunately my form not showing in both my widget sidebar and the page that i insert gravity shortcode [gravityform id="1" name="Post Item"]

Please advice me what should i do.

Can you post a link to a page containing a form that isn't appearing, does the form use conditional logic? I would also recommend you try testing for a plugin/theme conflict
