I need to know how that was resolved. I disabled all plugins, went back to the 2012 theme, and the problem still persists. Please advise.

Thanks David, there will be a release out this afternoon that will fix this, but I'll e-mail you the interim patch so you can get back up and running. You have other JS errors on that page you might want to look into at some point.
Also having an issue embedding forms. Do you think my issue is related and will be fixed today?

I should also add for that form that when I preview the form, none of the form fields show up.
