gravity forms plugin not working with MADE WP THEME.

    hello,
    i have purchased the gravity forms plugin and also have MADE WP THEME from themeforest.
    for some reason i can only make 1 form when i try to make another form i get this message:
    Oops! We could not locate your form.
    i have the permalink set to : /%postname%
    is there a fix for this please...

    It sounds like the installation did not go well. If you do not have any forms or entries to worry about saving (it sounds like this is a new installation) please delete Gravity Forms using the button on the "Settings" page (so that the database tables are dropped) and reinstall it? If you have forms or entries you want to save, do not do this.
