Gravity Forms stopped working

I just moved my website to a new server. I have a form set up to send a contact notification based on a field in the database using the change_notification_email based on this forum topic:

    http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/get-customfield-value-and-send-it-as-e-mail-recipient

After moving the site, the function file is causing the site to fail. When I remove all the function calls, the site functions properly (without the form). It works correctly on the original site.

Anyone have any idea why this would happen? Any ideas what I need to do to fix it?

  2. That's strange, I'd imagine your functions file was identical, meaning you just dropped the theme onto the new server as-is? That shouldn't cause your site to fail. Has anything changed at all - any details on your migration steps?

You're correct, everything was the same.
Copied all the files over, WP, themes, and plugins.
Copied the database and updated the wp-config file.
Made sure the correct themes and plugins were activated.

And got an error loading the functions file which had the GF function. When I removed it, everything else worked fine.

Are there any required settings on the server I need to check? Otherwise I have no idea why it's not working now.

  5. And the forms do work OK even without that function - there are no problems with those showing up or submitting?

Yes the form work without the function. I had to remove the function call from the post page and the function from the functions file.

  7. Can you send me FTP info, a WP login and the functions information that should be there and reference this post to rob@rocketgenius.com
