Grouped radio buttons

    First of all, your plugin is awesome!

    I've implemented the survey radio buttons as explained here http://www.rocketgenius.com/survery-style-multiple-choice-fields-with-gravity-forms/ .

    But what I really want is grouped radio buttons as shown in this screenshot :

    Is this possible and how should I accomplish this ?
