How to change words like Order and Product

    In Dutch in the notification there are a few words i'd like to change.
    http://www.oshofestival.nl/aanmeldingsformulier
    The form is used to make reservations for a festival.

    Like Order/Bestelling, i would like to change that in Reservation/ reservering.
    And Unit Price i would like to change that in per person/per persoon

    Is that possible?

    Also problems with sending notifications
    Can't send a confirmation e-mail to the one who filled in the form.
    And after i changed the e-mailadres of the admin-notification that's not working either

    What's wrong?
