How to create sections in forms

Is there a way to break up a form into sections in gravity forms? For example I have a form with LOT's of fields and the default look from Gravity forms just pile the fields in a list and it can look overwhelming to a web visitor filling out.

Here's an example of what I'm trying to accomplish.

Sure there are both Section Break and Page Break field types that can help you organize things nicely:

  3. so, are you saying that we just make a section called "section break" its that simple

  4. Right, you can use the Field Type of Section Break in your form to break up fields. Just drag it to whichever place you'd like to have it. You can have as many section breaks as you feel you need to break up fields. You can title the section or leave it blank.

  6. You would need to use Page Break Fields for that instead of Section Break Fields.

  11. next question,

if someone uploads a file (PDF or JPG) will the attachment get emailed to me along with the rest of the form response?

  12. When the entry comes in you will see the attachment like this: Screenshot

The file gets uploaded to your WP site, so the link will take you to the file.
