How to get form to load within my theme

  1. Hi,

Brand new user as of this morning. I was able to build the following form:

    http://www.levoisvineyards.com/?gf_page=preview&id=1

However, it's not clear to my how to get this to load within the context of my site's theme:

    http://www.levoisvineyards.com

I'm sure this is a simple fix, but not obvious to this Gravity Forms rookie.

    Thanks!

    Dan

  2. On the post editor you will find a new button next to the Upload / Add Media button. This allows you to show a form in any WordPress page or post.

    This page may help:
