Issue with multisites?

My form was working up until Saturday and I had even done a number of posts. Since then we have add multisites to our Wordpress install. Is there a known issue with Gravity forms and multisite co-existing on an installation?

There are no known issues with Gravity Forms and multi-site so something else must be going on. I didn't see a form on the link you referenced, what exactly is or isn't working? Please be as detailed as possible.
