hyperlinks in form?

    I have two releases (medical and liability) that users must agree/accept via a required checkbox. Is it possible to provide a hyperlink to these PDF files if they'd like to read/print them? In what part of the form can I add the html hyperlink. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    You can add HTML to field descriptions and field labels so you can add your hyperlinks there.
