I just purchased GF. When I create a new (my first) form, I can't see all the controls down the right side of the page. I can scroll the page but the controls don't scroll. I can't save the form either, I assume because the "save" button might be on the bottom of the controls.

Glad you were able to figure it out. This is why we usually have people run through the following steps first:

I'm going to leave this post up, but closed to new entries so that others can realize that there are plugin conflicts in the marketplace and we do our best to support each one, but here and there, the best way to solve it is to remove or replace the "offending" plugin.
Someone might have the same issue someday, and this thread may help them. :)
