I need support

  1. I've emailed, and posted questions and no one is getting back to me. This is ridiculous.

  2. Support isn't handled via email. So i'm not sure where you emailed your requests but the Support Forum and the Priority Support are the only places where support takes place. We don't have a support email that users can send requests to and the Contact Us page containing our Contact Us form clearly states it's not for support requests.

    Your first Pre-Purchase Question was replied to by a member of our team instructing you to post on the support forum or use Priority Support if you have access to it. He also stated, as i did above, that we aren't sure where you emailed your questions but support isn't handled via email. His reply can be found here:

    You then posted in the Support Forum and then followed up on that post with a request for an update and now you have posted again.
