iContact - does not retrieve lists

    Hi - I'm setting up my iContact feed with Gravity Forms in the WP dashboard.
    When I "Select the form to tap into" the flash loader keeps spinning. I don't get a timeout - just keeps spinning. Any ideas?
    The API username and key are valid.

    The iContact plugin is not one we created. It's a 3rd party add-on that is available here:
