IE8 problem - won't go past first page.

    I have some customers that are unable to go past the first page on a form. I am unable to reproduce the problem in IE9, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. I have been told that the customers are using IE8. I read there were some fixes incorporated into 1.5. Minutes ago, I upgraded to 1.6.6.

    Can you try without AJAX being enabled in the shortcode and see if that works in IE8?
