Image upload via proxy server fails (safari only)

One of our clients is having issues using a form we have developed, that uploads an image to a post.

It works fine in all browsers, but does not work in Safari on Mac or PC from within network (behind proxy server). It works fine externally.

They don't get any errors - basically they hit the "submit" button and the form refreshes and all the form values are reset.

I have tried turning off Ajax, turning off required fields, turning off email notifications, etc. I've created a new form with just the image uploader - and this even fails for them through the "Preview" option in Gravity Forms.

    What could be causing this?

    Cheers,

Just an update - i asked the client to test uploading an image to the Wordpress media uploader, and this did not work either. It doesn't generate an error, it just reverts back to the image upload box as if they hadn't tried to upload anything. Odd that it is only affecting safari through a proxy server.

So I guess this is not an issue with Gravity. If anyone has any ideas though, that would be great!

    Cheers,
    Kim
