    Purchased, installed, setup, tried to insert a form on a page STOP

    I've selected the button to insert the form. I've changed every setting on the page I can think of in order to make this work. The popup window cancels when I select cancel. A warning pops up if I don't select my form. I've selected and deselected each of the three options listed and in combination. When I click the Insert Form button, nothing happens. It does not add the form to the page. I've tried in HTML and Visual edit modes. Nothing happens. I've searched here and can't find an answer.

    Using Headway themes 2.0.8, WP3.1.1

    And for a moment there I thought this was going to be easy ;)

    This is most likely a browser cache issue; more info from another support topic:

    You need to completely clear your browser cache if it is not working. What is happening is the Javascript that is necessary for this functionality isn't being loaded because of your browser is pulling from cache. So it can't insert the shortcode. Clearing cache should resolve this.
