Inserting form - no code inserted

I've just installed GF and made a couple of forms. When I click insert there is no response and no [gravity form] code is inserted. Any ideas?

It's a browser cache issue. Completely clear your browser cache, restart your browser and then login to your WordPress site and try and insert the form. Your browser did not load the necessary Javascript as it used cache instead.
