Install Error

    Hi,

    I have just tried to install the plugin as described in your documentation section and am getting this error when I try to upload the .zip file:

    Incompatible archive PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure

    Currently I am using WordPress 2.8.6. and am reluctant to upgrade at present as it could break the theme I am using.

    Please advise what I am doing wrong and how to fix this?

    Fixed it!

    Unzipped the downloaded folder and just manually uploaded it via ftp to the plugins folder within WP and that seemed to do the job :)

    I got this error today Nov 06/11
    Incompatible Archive. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure

    Is there a fix for besides unzipping and uploading?

    What version of WP are you running and does this happen when you try to install other plugins? Sometimes this error occurs if your hosting is full/out of disk space.
