Installation issues

  1. Hi all i have just purchased Gravity forms, however, i have finally managed to install it and it runs. My issue is that when i click on the forms drop down to start, the background turns black and it is very hard to read the content.

    What is going on?

  2. When you say the forms drop down, which page in the GF admin are you referring too?

  3. Hi david thank you for your help and pardon me for my lack of specifications. In the GF admin forms drop down it is basically every page except the updates.
Everything except the updates page has a black background.

  4. This isn't Gravity Forms doing this. It sounds like something else on your WordPress site is interfering with the WordPress admin. Gravity Forms doesn't set the background color, it uses standard WordPress admin interfaces for it's functionality.

    - Activate the default WordPress theme to see if it's your theme that is causing some sort of admin related conflict.

    If that doesn't work...

    - Deactivate ALL other plugins and only activate Gravity Forms and see if it works properly. If it does, then activate each of your other plugins one by one and test after each one.

If you aren't able to determine what is causing the problem after doing the above, contact us via our Contact Us form and provide a WordPress admin login for this site and we can take a look. But it is something specific to your WordPress installation, this has never been reported before.
