Installing GF: I'm new to Wordpress and confused

  1. I have Wordpress 3.2.1. I have tried to activate the GF plugin. I searched plugins and selected and activated Gravity Forms (nl). However, activating this plugin does not seem to have changed anything on my control panel (no access to a Forms tool in the sidebar). I also downloaded GF independent license from the website and now have a zip file on my desktop. I'm not sure what to do with that file, however. I am frustrated and confused about how to get the GF onto my Wordpress.

I'm frustrated that I cannot find clear instructions to help me get this onto my website. Would appreciate some help. Thank you!

  2. The Gravity Forms (nl) plugin is a 3rd party add-on that adds that language support to Gravity Forms. It isn't Gravity Forms itself. It's an add-on for Gravity Forms.

To install Gravity Forms you need to download the zip file from this web site by going to the Plugin Downloads page. Then you need to login your WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins and select Add New. Then choose Upload and upload the zip file.

Please refer to the Documentation that explains how to install Gravity Forms here:
