Hi! I'm using Gravity Forms and "Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types" to publish a new post and a custom post type. Is it possible to publish both at the same time using the same form by being able to choose both "post" and "custom post type" at once? By default you can choose either one, not both options.

Not from our end. You might want to check with the add-on author to see if they have any way. Gravity Forms doesn't support Custom Post types out of the box, so switching it on/off depending on user selection would be on the CPT plugin side.
