I have the product add-on form and it's everything is great with that. I'm working on a site for someone who does personalised gifts. They were happy with the form that I was using until today, they are looking for something more simple, like this - http://www.tshirtstudio.com/personalised-cushions/photo-cushion-printing
I was wondering if it's possible to get something like that using gravity forms. All help is greatly appreciated. I can post a link to the form I currently have if needed.
